I suffer constantly with this same sensation. I'm not really sure if my tongue is burning or very sensative. I do know that it is bothersome and I've discussed it with my dentist and he seems to think that I uncounsciously rub my tongue over my teeth and that causes the irritated feeling. I've told him that is not the situation but he has no other advice and my medical doctor gets a big laugh out of my complaint. I'm looking for any type of information with any kind of clues to why this has been happening to me for the past few years. I wondered if it could possibly be some kind of defiency in my system. Any help...anyone?
