Hi I am in the same boat. I have been tested for every thing under the sun, all was neg except my sugar. I am hypoglycemic, big time. After a few years of panic attacks and being home bound I decided to try the protein kick. I find it to work. I drink a protein shake in the morning, when I get alittle weird I eat oatmeal. I stay away from pasta and breads, because they have alot of sugar, candy of course is your worst enemy, unless sugar free. I drink only water and when I go out I carry at all times a low carb no sugar protein bar. I also take vitamins Good luck kim
