val, i had no idea that anyone ever responded to my post so sorry it is 7 months later.you probably found a solution by now but my wonder food was soy burgers and cheese sticks. i hate soy but i feel good when i eat it so the benefits are worth it. i love meat so i have a problem with the high triglycerides but soy seems to be a great alternative. lots of protein and vegies, cheese,yogurt,dairy products, nuts, etc. hope this helps alittle and good luck. also, my doc said 45 or lower would be a concern but to just eat breakfast asap. i also eat a cheese stick before i go to bed. they work wonders!
