Jill, what is your diet like and you physical makeup. I would start the day with a good breakfast including protient and joice for calcium. Stay off cafiene. Drink a lot of water during the day (a must of 64 to 128 ounces a day). At night I would read only things that have a postive meaning (i can books or phrases). Then, pray to god for healing and thank god for giving you life. He is your creator. Exercise three times a weed or everyday if you have enough energy. It souns like you have a lot of energy since you have probems sleeping. I would go to church and attend a social group. Confidence is the key. You have alot to offer. Success is secular, signifigance is spiritual.
