I have OI, So does my 17 year old daught Jacklyn & my 13 year old daughter Angela. I am always on top of them because I don't want any more broken bones. Jackie has had more broken bones then Angela. I know more about it now so i am always on top of her. She hates it. I did not no that i had OI in till Jackie was 7 months old. I was dressing her & i put her arm into a sleeper & her arm broke. This was a child that never cryed. I knew that something was wrong, she never stoped crying. So then we took her to the hosptial & that is were they told me that Jackie had OI & they also said that I have it to. Well of course they called child abuse on me, they made her stay over night in the hospital. I was very upset. Well years went on with all the same every time she broke a bone. Then i had Angela & i knew more about it I did my best. It would be nice to talk to some one about this. I live in Delaware. Where do you live? Hope to here from you soon. Joyce
