I would like to talk to you about Meniere's Disease. I have just been diagnosed with the illness, but have had it for two years, they just couldn't figure out until recently what my illness was. It is very depressing, and I'm having attacks at present every week lasting about a week. I'm basically a prisoner in my own home to this; because I get so dizzy when I stand up, and I start to get sick, and have to lie back down again. What have you figured out about this disease regarding, treatments. Is there anything to ease an attack and shorten it? Can Valium really stop an attack shortly after it starts, if taken on the on-set of an attack? All I have to do now is eat bacon or ham, among other things and I will have an attack. Please respond
