My mother has this disease and she get dizzy, etc. If you do get those symptoms, you can try what my mom does to help the syptoms go away faster. First she tilts her head to one side (this helps her balance again and stops the dizzines- if it doesn't work tiled to one side, then try the other side) and then take deep slow breathes until you feel the feeling pass.
