I too have Meniere's. It is really the worst feeling in the world. The ringing in the ears, vertigo and throwing up or at the very least being so sick to your stomach. I have been taking Meclizine and it has seemed to help, but I know it can strike anytime, One time got out of the car and turn and got so dizzy I thought I would fell but was able to walk to the story like a drunk(don't drink). than had to go home was so sick. I no longer drive as don't know when it will strike. Hope this helps.
