My sister-in-law has been battling a head lice problem with her 7 year old daughter. She has tried numerous products and specialty combs. However, the child is African American and her hair is very thick, coarse and extremely curly. She has been trying for months to get rid of them, but has been unsuccessful. Does anyone know of a product or treatment that will be effective on a child with this hair type?
