Hi there...My 41 year old sister was recently diagnosed with this disease and I have also been told that I carry the gene for it...I don't know much about it except that my sister has a lot of pain in her back in bed at night and is awoken by it most mornings after just a few hours of sleep and then has to get up and walk around to ease the pain a bit...She is on medication and has been told to exercise every day which does seem to help, as if she doesn't do it daily then she's in even more pain...I wish that I could say or do something to ease your own suffering and that of your brothers' also but I'm only just finding out about this illness myself and just wanted to wish you all well and hope that you find some help from others who respond to your message...Good luck, Chris...
