I, too, had lasik surgery October 1999 and having the same problem as you. I have had plugs put in....at first they helped, but no longer do. I use celluvisc which is an over the counter lubricant for the eye......a gel during the day and constantly using Refresh Tears eye drops. I have an appointment with the Cornea Specialist in ALbany that performed the surgery on 7/24. I will let you know what more he may suggest.
