Hi, WOW. I personally don't have bad breath, but my husband did. And the funny thing was that he didn't know that he had horrible breath. Fortunately for us, the oxygenated mouthwash/tongue scrape/toothpaste/tongue spray combo worked wonderfully. We've used several different brands. At first, I had to stand him over the bathroom sink and actually watch him do this 3 times a day. He would not do it by himself. Now, that's the only thing I buy, so I know he's using it at least 2x a day and well the proof's in his breathe. I lost many, many hours of sleep because his horrible breath would permeate the bedroom. I would wake up grumpy and unrested. Oh, yeah, he also had allergies and started taking his allergy meds. That helped with the bacteria on the back of his tongue. You guys/gals are not alone. I feel for you. Hang in there.
