Please please get referred to a pain management Dr. for ganglion blocks and lumbar sympathetic blocks. Early diagnosis is very important. You must have treatment for this before it is too late. If left untreated, it will spread and may become resistant to treatment amd believe me you don't want this pain all your life. It can distroy your life.
