Hello, What has worked for me this past 2 and then some years, is water , pool theraphy. In the water, i feel alot more comfortable walking, and have learned how to fall with out hurting myself. Most people with RSD, now when they are about to fall, I was taught how to fall and not hurt myself in the pool. They have used flooties so I can splash as if I were swimming, walking, using the bar on one side, belly down and press with the other side of the pool,I walk across the pool, and feel a great bit of confidance, and that perks me up to know, in the pool, I can walk.
