i have suffered severe headaches and achiness, as well as swollen neck glands and back aches and flu like symptoms with my lactose intoerance....so many different symptoms but the same cause-and i had to beg the doctor for a lactose test. he apologized when he got the results because he said i was so intolerant i dont absorb ANY lactose into my blood, meaning i have no leeway when it comes to this....its devastating to travel to, especially outside the country.but i stick to chinese food and avoid italian foods!
