I am in my early 60's. For many years have had bouts of sleepyness during the day and stomach/ bowel variations. This year a new specialist gave me a Lactose tolerence blood testto which I reacted badly - vomiting etc. I found a book in Australia, something like "Why can't I loose weight" covering various allergies. It also gave tiredness and lethagy as symptoms for Lactose Intolerance. This week I am dropping to sleep at work so am experimenting by checking food labels for a week to see if it really does makes the difference. Any comments welcome please
