I have been dealing with As for 15 years I was 20 when I finally got diagnosed with this. I have found a good doctor who changes my med. when needed. I exercise 4 times a week weight lifting running bike what ever swimming is the best because no strain on the joints. I exercise in the morning the pain is at its worst. You keep moving or the pain sets in. You have good days and real bad days, stay lite weight good diet lots of water. Work your stomach and back every day. I found in my early days a waterbed helped me hot showers.New shoes every year never let the soles wear out. Good supports inside your shoes. Wraps for every joint when it hurts such as a knee wrap or ankle wrist or back support have helped me. You must stay positive and not let the pain bring you done. Must problems you will have will be due to A.S. such as itchy head or eye brows. Stomach problems. Good luck and if you what to talk e-mail me.
