Four years ago I came back from Arkansa and came down with what I thought was the flu. Not quite the usual symtoms,but felt hot, (just in the face) nausea but no vomiting. After a week of feeling ill I went to the doctor. He gave me a prescription of my choice (tetracycline) I did get better but the hot face never left or the nausea. My face would get so hot it fried my hair and has blistered my mouth. I had also gotten a hot rash around my neck and on the under side of my arms and slso the inside of my thighs. Dr. said sunburn and menopause. Well, I've gone thru 30 years of hot flashes and night sweats and this isn't the same. I've always got a low grade temperature when this happens. If I'm sich I'll have a slight temp. I also know the hot rashes aren't from the sun but have no idea what has caused them. Unfortunately I can't afford to see a dr all the time for everything that's happening to my body. I'm 59 and at 55 everything seems to be going haywire with my body. Any ideas as to what I have?
