I have had the same problem for many years. But I was diagnosed with the problem in my neck. It can give you pins,needles, and pain in your neck shoulders, and elbows, and yes headaches. If you can I would see a good neck doctor or a neurologist. The pain in your elbow could be referred pain or just a cause of the pinched nerve in your neck. I ended up having a fusion in my neck which helped for many years, but the last couple it has come back because once they fuse anywhere, the vertebrae above and below the fusion start to degenerate. I find that if I lay on my back and stretch real well it opens up the pinching and my arms wake up and the tingling and pain go away. Good luck, it can get better.
