I've been having a lot of pain in the elbows that seems to cause pain up to the shoulder neck and even causes headaches. The pain will wake me up and my hands will be numb but still a lot of pain. What, if anything, can be done about it? I have had an emg and was told I've got a pinched nerve in either the wrist or elbow. Depends on which doctor you want to believe Would appreciate any help.
