joy
About 5 years ago, I was diagnosed by a physiatrist (believe me, this type of MD is interested in healing without surgery). With my diagnosis of spondylosis, he also added that not even the most aggressive surgeon in town would want to operate; and he then prescribed physical therapy. PT did help me a lot. I have fewer stiff necks and have a greater range of motion. This took about 4-5 month, and I have incorporated a few of the exercises into everyday life, so I don't feel like I am exercising. Good luck!
