I recently was dianosed with hyperthyroidism. THis onset came a few months after my baby was born. The first sign was a rapid heart rate, skipped beats then weight loss and hair loss. I am taking ptu plus a beta blocker and a syntheic hormone used for hypothyroids. My problem is my heart still skips 20 times or more a day. anyone else have that problem?
