I am in the early phaze of dealing with an anal fistula. It was really bad then i went to Miami and the longer I was in the ocean the better it got. Upon returing home my surgeon told me it was healed. However it quickly came back once I was not in the ocean. I am now soaking in Mineral dead sea salts hoping it will work. What did your Son do that helped? I am considering going back to the ocean to avoid surgery.
