Charlotte
Hi, My name is Charlotte. I am 51, live in Pennsylvania, and have been diagnosed with trochanteric bursitis, via two MRI's. I have been in chronic pain for 10 months. I have had all conventional treatment which haven't helped, except one cortisone shot, which took away the pain for a month. I am looking for a surgeon who operates for trochanteric bursitis. I think all the doctors in my state left due to high mal-practice insurance and went to New Jersey. If anyone has had this surgery, and is better, please let me know. I wish to be able live life again, not just cope with this dibilitating pain, as I am sure you all are too. Can anyone else not cross their leg to tie a shoe? I look forward to all replies, and I will write back. Thank you.
