I had been diagnoised with Plantar Fasciitis a few years ago. I understand the excrutiating pain caused by this. I've gone through physical therapy, expensive leg/foot braces and cortison injections. Believe it or not, what has practically cured me is while sleeping I lay flat on my stomach allowing my feet to hang off the edge of the bed. Plantar Fasciitis is the tendons in your feet tightening, with your feet hanging off the end of your bed, allows the tendons to stretch releasing the pressure. I found this on my own after years of pain and discomfort, not being able to walk in the morning and excruciating shooting pains in the heel and ball of my feet all day long. Since sleeping on my stomoach and allowing my feet to hang over the bed, streching, I am practically cured and no longer feel the pain of Plantar Fasciitis. Good Luck!
