I too have tingling,numbness, pain and a headache. Mine has lasted for over 3 years. I have a herniated disk in my neck at C5-6 with a nerve interruption at C6-7. My problems also started with pain in my neck and then a headache that would not go away. My problem showed up on the x-ray and then I had an MRI. I was then sent to a neurologist for further testing and treatment. I have refused surgery for now. Since our symptoms are so similar it seems to me if you can afford it or have the insurance it might be beneficial for you to pursue a definitive diagnosis. Ask your Dr. it's your body and your peace of mind. Good Luck!
