I've been diagnosed with a C6-7 herniated disk. Problem with dull pain in right forearm and tingling in fingers. No loss of strength at this point, but some loss of dexterity in hand. Was given a epideral steroid injection at the nerve root. Was told this work about 50% of the time. a Disktomy is an option down the line. My doctor say this is not a very complicated surgery, but may be necessary depending on the result of the injection. Any one out there have any experience with these treatments good or bad??
