Yes my son was on Lovenox, but he was in the hospital for a few days after he developed the blood clot until they could get him at theraputic level with the blood thinners they were giving him. Then he gave his own injections at home with the lovenox for awhile. It healed up all right. He had a very large blood clot the length of his intire left arm that went up into his chest close to the heart. I hope that you are doing better. You should ask the doctor if you are at thereputic level with your blood thinners. I sure hope this has helped you. Take care
