I have had severe upper back pain for about a year and a half. No doctor can seem to pin point the cause. I was recently discharged out of the Army because of it and still no answers. Most recently It began hurting even more and this time my right arm started going numb and hurting. My finger tips were tingling. I rarely sleep at night and I don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone help?
