Hi, I also fractured my elbow (caused by airbag deploying). Dr. said that pins/plates may have to be changed/moved in the future, but did not say when. Did you have physical therapy after surgery? I have had some tendonitis as a result of fracture, but no slipping of pins. How horrible! If I were you, I would get some 2nd opinions, and third opinions on what can be done. As a side note: I was pregnant when I had my operation and the doctors decided to totally numb only my arm, so I was awake during the entire surgery! It was wierd but so cool! Let me know how things are going
