i have not experinced this myself, but i hope you go see a doctor right away. my best friend who i only 28 with 2 kids had had back problems for about 4 years, she had seen a chiropractor and went for physio, nothing helped her. the first weeek of june she bent down to pik up her baby who is 1 1/2 and she felt the worse pain she had ever felt in her back, and her left foot went numb, she seen a doc and was told to come back if it spreads up the leg and if it paralyzes her bladder they would do emergency surgery....about a week later thats what happened her leg was numb as if it was asleep and the other leg started to do the same, her bladder and bowl are paralyzed and the doctor still turned her away , he gave her a shot and sent her home, she left there and her husband drove to a differnt hosp, where they did emergency surgery. she is now numb from the waiste down. she had the surgery on july 1. after the fact she was told she has CES, something she never heard of before, she is so young and now her life is turned upside down, reading your question what popped out at me was the numbness, i pray that you get to your doctor and get checked out. my friend foot went numb because of pressure in her back, she had so many things going on there but what caused the numbness was pressure and swelling in her spine which was squeezing her nerves. i'm sure there is nothing to worry about but just to be safe, please talk to your doctor. I hope your feeling better soon
