I also suffer with panic attacks.Upon the onset of an attack I take a prescription drug called Lorazapam. I detest to have to take medications of any sort, but when you go thru these hellish attacks, you will do ANYTHING !!See your doctor and see what he or she says. I feel it has been a God send for me.
