I was diagnosed with sweets syndrome in 1997 at the time it made me very ill i was covered in big purple lumps. I spent 10 days in hospital. i was perscribed striods and was on a reducing dose for about 9 months, it made me very tired. Once the tablets had kicked in and everything had cleared up I have been free of any symptoms ever since. I hope this is of some help.
