Tom: In answer to your question yes I have experienced pain in this area for years. I one time told my family Dr. I would be the first victem in a car accident to die with a pepsi bottle stuck in my back as this is the only relief I can get is to put a hard object to this area when sitting. I have gone thru extensive testing for years and had a brain anurysum in 92. From that point on the pain increased and was finally dx. with Fibromyalgia in 98. Ive had cancer,brain anurysum,heart attack and brain cyst and none of this compares to what this mystery dieseae has done to my body. My advice to you is to go to a good Rhumy and let them test you
