Dear Farah, I hope I have solved a small portion of your problem. Maybe now you can find some information in English. Look up Spontaneous Pneumothorax. Check on the American Lung Association website, which you can get to by www.state oftheair.org or just searching for the American Lung Association itself. It will explain the difference between Primary and Secondary Spontaneous Pneumothorax. I saw all the websites written in different languages, some looked like they were from Indonesia. Perhaps your doctor is used to writing it the other way. You may want to check with him to make sure we are on the same page, but the symptoms sound quite similar. Shortness of Breath, Chest pain on the affected side, Abnormal breathing movement and Rapid Respiratory Rate. It said it may be caused by a cyst in the lungs.
