my 8 week old daughter had open heart surgery to remove a tumor, they did a ct scan before we left the hospital and there was nothing. They did a echo cardiogram and that is when they saw the anurism. Hers is on the left side on the outside of the heart. normally w/ infants they will experience the signs of a heart attack, Im sure it is the same for adults. I would ask your doctor to do the echo and they will be able to tell then. Please let me know if i can help more
