I was blessed with mvp about 15 years ago..and within that time, not only has it been a major contribution for my anxiety attacks, but allergies, insomnia, shortness of breath,and other health problems...which is now called mitral valve prolapse syndrome.....I have tried many" many" different perscriptons, but they all make me feel spaced out...right now I am taking Buspar,and lorazepam ,which help with anxiety and rapid heat beat.....Pat
