Linda Morgan
I had a L4-5 laminectomy 10 months ago. Immediate relief to the right leg, but scar tissue has prevented as much relief as we had hoped. My other lumbar disks bulge but are not pressing on nerves. 2 weeks ago I had fusion of 3 cervical vertebrae. Already feeling has returned to both hands. When I had the lumbar surgery the anesthesiologist said mostly they do this on overweight patients. I did only a month of PT but trigger point massage therapy helped most of all but it was temporary. As others have suggested, a good neurosurgeon is important.
