I don't know that there is a specific diet for a pregnant vs. a non-pregnant woman, but I had gall stones right after I had my 1st child, and they told me nothing greasy or spicy is the biggest thing, cuz that can bring on an attack. So I avoided those foods till the following week when I had my gallbladder removed. Good luck!!
