Yes... Have you had an MRI done? Do you know why you have sciatic pain? You need to find the cause. Which is usually a disc in your back. I have this and I know it is horrible and you have to find relief. If you're not seeing one now...You need to see a Neuro-Surgeon. HE specializes in this. back and nerve pain caused by sciatic. if the disc is herniated or ruptured...he can probably fix it... make sure he is board certified... (especially trained to do this..) it's very important... i am having surgery monday to fix mine. betty
