you could try using a contraceptive pill, as you take them for about 3 weeks, and then take a break for 7 days, so that you have a period. but if you take the pills continuously you shouldnt have a period, you probably better see your doctor, or there is a contraceptive injection you can have in your leg, which you have every 3 months, and usually when you have that, you either have a period, or you dont, the only thing with that is, you could put weight on, so be careful.
