I suffer from the same thing, and i am only 17. But what I found to really help was exercise. At first you are in pain but it gets so much better. I was able to join cross country and go down state. Now i am almost pain free. Also really build up your stomach muscles and lower back muscles. I do 500 situps a night but start out with 200. i hope this helps a little. One more thing, constantly be stretching it will prevent stiffness. I hope this helps.
