Hi, Just give it a little more time. Things should settle down soon. I had the same reaction when I first was put on Paxil, but after two weeks, the nervousness disappeared and I felt so much better. It can take a month to six weeks for the full effects of this kind of medicine to work. If you don't begin to feel better soon, let your doctor know. There are other medicines out there, and something else might work better for you. For me, Paxil has been very good! I started it a year ago, and I am happy with it. Good luck! Ann
