? You need to have your son evaluated by a neurologist. MMR shots as well as other childhood immunization shots can sometimes cause horrible damage. If you go back to the physician that gave the shot they sometimes will deny that it can do any damage...(or ignore you) this is to protect themselves. You will have to be the advocate for your son. YOU might check some lawyers, they might steer you towards a physician to document this... You might have to call a lawyer referral service to find the right one to handle this problem. TO share my story...My grandson had a HIB shot some yrs back. THIS happened in WRIGHT COUNTY MISSOURI!He was given the shot by the local health dept. I had never even heard of a HIB shot at the time. THEY stuck the needle in him before my daughter or I realized they even had one> NO ONE asked permission they just did it. Said it was the law. 24 hrs later the child was white...had no color... slept all the time....HE got worse and worse until we ended up in the Emergency room. HIS RBC Dropped dangerously low. WE had called the health dept back, telling them what was happening...and THEY DENIED THAT A HIB SHOT COULD EVEN HAVE A REACTION..IN FACT THEY SAID THAT A HIB SHOT IS THE ONE IMMUNIZATION THAT A CHILD DOES NOT HAVE A REACTION TO. WELL HE DID..AND I NOW KNOW THERE ARE OTHERS. THEY FLAT OUT LIED. AND THE LITTLE BOY WAS SO SICK. IN TIME HE DID GET BETTER BUT WAS TOLD HE SHOULD NEVER NEVER HAVE ANOTHER HIB SHOT. HIB vacinated against hepitatis. IF you researach on how one gets hepatitis...YOU would wonder how a little baby will get it? they don't have sex. don't share needles... it is caught by direct contact...so why do they think a baby an infant is in such danger of getting hepatitis??? I really want to know
