I had mine out and even had a second opinion. However, it was a healthy gallbladder with folds not polyps in it. The surgery was very easy and in a few days or so you can be driving but don't risk it as you can get hernias in those muscles that have been cut so take it easy. One thing I have learned is that no job is worth your good health. Second thing is that you will have problems with no gallbladder the rest of your life. If you eat fatty stuff which everything has some fat in almost, then you get gas. Lots of it sometimes and that can cause reflux. So beware of the surgeon. If its stones check on alternatives first. Surgeons are just running a business selling gall bladder removals whether you need it or not.
