Has your dr tested you to rule out other illnesses such as lyme disease, lupus, and other autoimmune problems? Also, with lyme disease the testing is not always reliable so sometimes it pays to be treated with antibiotics for at least a month. Lyme can causes rashing and the other symptoms that you mentioned.
