Sjogrens is usually linked to other autoimmune diseases, and only 25% of the population test positive to the antibodies(thats what my Rheumatologist said). Immune suppressing drugs are used as well as artifical tears. More problems occur with your teeth so see your dentist often. I didn't have a positive test but have MCTD, Polymyositis, Hashimotos Thyroiditis. My knees pop because Sjogrens may cause the joints not lubrication to move freely.
