2/25/02 I also have a neurogenic bladder. I self cathe several times a day and night. As far as I know, that is the best way, unless your want a bag. But I have heard they are known to over flow. We have a support group that has helped me quite a lot. I thought I was the only women/ of man who was cursed with such a problem. I am open to chatting and supporting each other. I am in California.
