Try not to worry too much. I too had a miscarriage, followed five years later by a full tern birth. I had dysplasia after BOTH with colposcopies, biopsies, etc after both. finally one doctor told me sometimes the increased hormones can cause it. Anyway, I'm now post menopausal(the baby is now grown and a college student) and the last few paps have been normal. Decreased hormones I guess. Anyway, even if there is something more than mild dysplasia, it's so early they can fix it easy. Probably in another year your Pap will be normal, unless you get pregnant again.
