Much of what you say could be related to so many things. The constipation though I know something about personally. That, at least, something can be done about. Trying not to be crude...If a person is excreting 1-3X a day that is good in ridding the body of toxins. any longer than daily and toxins build up in the intestines. If when the stuff comes out, some floats and is light colored (really needs to float) then the intestines are getting thoroughly flushed. If there is nothing floating then more fiber needs to be eaten/supplemented. I found the standard store things didn't help me - metamucil, tons of fresh veggies etc. I needed fiber that also had herbs that would heal the intestines...mine weren't happy apparently. I used something called fiberblend though in my herbal groups, they have lists of herbs that can be added to any fiber of your choice. The herbs really help an intestine that is not used to working that it should work...and heals up as needed. Walnut husks, for example is superior as a fiber when supplemented than psylium powder (more commonly used). Fiberblend uses both. I didn't notice the first two days feeling suddenly better. Its been a gradual happening. It is happening, though. I also have upped my water around the time I take the supplement. Constipation you don't have to live with, I believe. Maybe it might even help some of the rest...? maybe not. good luck
